Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses, and Downloads)

• All digital product sales are final.
• Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the instant access nature of digital downloads.
• If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file not opening, download link not working), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@taxpressuresolutions.com and we will ensure you receive the correct files.

Services (Consultations & Digital Assistance)

• Consultation services can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
• If you are dissatisfied with a consultation due to service quality, please contact us at aliciaevony2@gmail.com We will review your case and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit toward a future service.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• A duplicate purchase was made in error.
• A product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
